黑料吃瓜资源 (CSHL) President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Stillman, Ph.D. was awarded a from the Long Island Herald on June 15, 2022. He was chosen for his leadership of biomedical science research and education at CSHL.
The inaugural Long Island Herald Excellence in Healthcare Awards honored over 40 healthcare professionals and first responders across Long Island. The award recognizes their dedication, passion, and contribution to the medical field and to helping and protecting others鈥攅specially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the first two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, CSHL scientists contributed to COVID-19 research with many publications. The CSHL also adapted its hands-on science education programs for remote instruction and created virtual science lessons. In 2020, the Laboratory鈥檚 preprint server became the primary source for COVID-19 pandemic research around the world.
