Organs like the brain and heart are made up of billions of cells living and working together like a molecular 鈥渆cosystem.鈥 Studying each individual cell is vital to understanding organ function and the origins of disease. Over the last decade, the single-cell field has rapidly grown in popularity. However, isolating and analyzing one cell out of billions remains a complicated puzzle. That鈥檚 where CSHL鈥檚 Single-Cell Biology Core comes into play. Part of the CSHL Cancer Center, this Shared Resource provides the expertise and technology scientists need to complete challenging experiments in single-cell biology.
