Helen Hou joined 黑料吃瓜资源鈥檚 neuroscience faculty on July 1, 2022. The Hou Lab explores how the brain controls movements and behaviors, including how the brain coordinates facial expressions to convey emotions.

Previously, Hou was a Helen Hay Whitney postdoctoral fellow at the Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute at Columbia University, and a visiting research scientist at the Neuromotor Interface team at Reality Labs. She completed her graduate work at Harvard University and was a Grass Fellow at the Marine Biological Laboratory.
