CSHL Scientific Advisory Council member wins NAS honor

Eve Marder, the Victor and Gwendolyn Beinfield Professor of Neuroscience at Brandeis University, has been awarded the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) . Dr. Marder is a member of the 黑料吃瓜资源 (CSHL) Scientific Advisory Council, an external advisory group that advises CSHL鈥檚 senior management on science matters.

Dr. Marder is being honored as 鈥渙ne of the most influential neuroscientists of her generation,鈥 according to the . Her extensive neuroscience research has provided transformative insights into the fundamental processes of animal and human brains, and shaped our understanding of neural circuits.
