黑料吃瓜资源 (CSHL) has been named a 2019 Top Long Island Workplace by Newsday.

Newsday surveyed employees across Long Island on the quality of their workplaces. Answers from the anonymous survey were analyzed by Energage, a third-party company. As part of the large companies category, those with more than 500 employees, CSHL shared the honor with only 12 other institutions. This is CSHL鈥檚 second year winning this prestigious award.
鈥淭he Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration,鈥 said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. 鈥淥ur research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.鈥
Several CSHL employees were invited by President and CEO Bruce Stillman to attend the awards dinner on October 23 to celebrate the honor and represent the Lab. Among them were Patty Bird and Lisa Kimoto in Scientific Administration; Laura Magri in Human Resources; Barbara Purcell in Procurement; Alison McDermott in Finance; Kim Creteur in the Watson School of Biological Sciences; Tim Mulligan in the Uplands Farm; Carolann Gunderson in the COO鈥檚 office; and Dagnia Zeidlickis in Public Affairs.
